Red Rocket Inc Announces appointment of new CEO 


Camarillo, California, Jan 7th, 2009. Red Rocket, Inc, the leading seller of ultra miniature,
high efficiency power supplies and value added power design services, announced today that it has re-structured its Board of Directors and corporate management team with immediate effect, to support the company’s strategy for growth within the US market and expansion of its global presence in Europe and Asia. 
 
Today’s shareholder meeting appointed Martin Kistner, founder of Red Rocket Inc., to be the CEO of the corporation with immediate effect.  Former CEO James Schultz and COO Sam Dixit have left the company.. After his appointment, Mr. Kistner stated “I feel honored to be appointed into this position. We have excellent, highly motivated people in each of our locations, in the USA, India and Europe, and I am pleased to work with them as a team member serving our customers on a global basis. As one truly worldwide team, we will do our very best to support our customers in enhancing their competitiveness and growth in their markets. By providing them our ideas, capabilities, experience, products and services it is our ultimate goal to support them with leading edge technologies and outstanding services with the total lowest cost of ownership for them in their markets.
 
An additional part of our strategy is to focus on the Global Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer base through our channel partners. Red Rocket Announces Electronic Manufacturing & Design Services for Product Companies 


U.S. company unveils India subsidiary production services for partners and customers; offers investment opportunity in rapid growth India market

Camarillo, California, October 28, 2008—Red Rocket, Inc, the leading seller of ultra miniature, high efficiency power supplies and provider of electronic manufacturing and engineering services, announced today it has established a Electronic Manufacturing and Engineering Services Division (EMESD) to support growing customer demand for electrical and electronic production and engineering services at the company’s India based subsidiary.  The privately held company also unveiled plans to secure private placement equity from partners, customers and other selected investors helping to accelerate growth and to capture market share in the rapidly expanding India electronic manufacturing industry.

“Our customers are asking for high quality, valued priced design and manufacturing services in India to help reduce their costs while maintaining high quality standards,” said James B. Schultz, Red Rocket president and CEO. “Our EMESD organization fills that need and also positions our company to partake in the rapid growth from $5 billion today to estimated over $18 billion by 2012 in India electronic and electrical product manufacturing for export to primarily the US and Europe,” he said.  “We offer a cost effective and low risk solution for companies now building their products in high cost or inefficient locations and a gateway for their products into the rapid growth India market,” he said.

Red Rocket, Inc. wholly owned subsidiary called CPIPL in Mumbai, India, includes a nearly 100,000 square foot design and state of the art manufacturing facility in a government controlled special economic zone near the Mumbai airport and seaport. 

To support the opportunities available to the company, Red Rocket, Inc. is pursuing additional equity.  In lieu of taking on traditional venture capital investment or bank debt funding, the company is approaching customers and strategic investors.   “Our strategy is to share our success and strength with our valued partners and customers,” said Schultz.

Red Rocket Inc Announces New EOS brand MWLT100 Medical AC/DC Power Supplies in Miniature Package 


Camarillo, California, June 5, 2008— Red Rocket, Inc, the leading seller of ultra miniature, high efficiency power supplies, announced today that it has released its new MWLT100 Series of Open Frame, AC/DC power supplies for use in the global medical industry.  The MWLT100 Series of single output convection cooled products are one of the smallest and most efficient 100-watt power supply packages available in the industry today typically 1/3rd the size and 20% more efficient than leading competitors.

Packing nearly 12 watts per cubic inch the MWLT100 Series features Universal AC inputs from 90v to 264v, measures a mere 2 inches x 4 inches x 1.07 inches, and has a rated efficiency of greater than 86%. David Carley Named Red Rocket, Inc. Vice President Sales & Marketing 


CAMARILLO, CA. January 8, 2007:   Red Rocket, Inc., the leading seller of ultra-miniature, high efficiency power supplies, announced today David Carley has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing.  Mr. Carley was most recently the company’s Director of Sales and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Asia.  

In his new post Mr. Carley will report to Mr. James B. Schultz, president and CEO of Red Rocket, Inc., and will be based at the company’s office in Wexford, Ireland.  He will oversee all global sales and marketing to include building upon the strong EOS brand of AC/DC power supply products. This includes leading and supporting a global sales force, direct customer accounts, global sales channels and a North American sales representative network.

 

“David is a proven sales executive with a track record in sales and marketing leadership and in building customer loyalty,” said Schultz. “He knows the EOS brand of products, the customer base and markets we serve and how to profitably grow a business.  Red Rocket is positioned for accelerated sales growth and we are delighted to promote David from inside the organization to   help take the company to the next level of success,” he said.

Mr. Carley has been with Red Rocket, Inc and its predecessor companies since 2000 except for a one year stint at Astrodyne USA as EMEA sales and marketing manager from late 2006 to late 2007.  He rejoined Red Rocket, Inc. in December last year.  Mr. Carley was instrumental in building the European, Middle East and Asia customer base and sales channels over the past seven years and in developing successful marketing and brand development programs.  Prior to joining Red Rocket, Inc., Mr. Carley was from 1993 to 2000 a sales and support manager for Europe at Artesyn Technologies and from 1988 to 1993 held field service engineer, quality, process and production management posts at both Brandner Micro Electronics, ABS Technology and Sorbus UK Ltd.

headquartered here, announced today the purchase of the switching power supply business of Celetronix Power India Private Limited (CPIPL), a registered company in Mumbai, India, and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Jabil Circuit, Inc. The acquisition by Red Rocket, Inc. includes all of the capital stock of CPIPL, the product design and manufacturing operations in Mumbai, India, and also includes the global customer base, products, patents, brands and approximately 105 employees and approximately 550 contract personnel related to the business...
